This position is responsible for:

  1. Performing electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and software repairs.
  2. Making technical reports and planning tasks to ensure timely repair procedures.
  3. Executing tasks with high-quality service.
  4. Performing basic inspections and using tools such as compressors, lathes, drilling, and welding machines.
  5. Understanding lifting and transport methods.
  6. Having knowledge about MANITOWOC procedures for assembly, maintenance, and repair of cranes.
  7. Building a trustworthy list of parts and services necessary for repairing MANITOWOC equipment.
  8. Maintaining polite behavior towards customers, even in pressure situations.
  9. Exhibiting proactive attitudes and the ability to transfer knowledge.
  10. Complying with the Quality Policy, Environmental Policy, and Occupational Safety and Health standards.
  11. Participating in process improvement integration with other areas.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

  1. Complying with all health and safety regulations pertaining to work assignments.
  2. Performing electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic repairs, aided by software.
  3. Handling technical deliveries and warranty processes for remanufactured parts, new equipment, and refurbished equipment.
  4. Evaluating cranes to enable repair or refurbishment without compromising quality and reliability.
  5. Making evaluations of equipment, including parts and services lists.
  6. Providing support for customers, coworkers, and partners with technical questions and performing repair procedures.

Job Requirements/Working Conditions:

  1. Technical Degree.
  2. Desirable proficiency in the English language.
  3. Background in electronics, with knowledge of hydraulics and mechanics preferred.
  4. Strong communication skills, continuous improvement mindset, adaptability, self-motivation, planning, organization, teamwork, customer focus, and a service-oriented attitude.
