Job summary

Ecolab's Nalco Water team in Mexico is seeking a Field Service Representative III - Install OR Hygiene to work in the field at customer sites. You’ll support water treatment and disinfection projects, build trusted relationships, and help protect vital resources.

You will install and maintain equipment, perform routine chemistry tests, and ensure safety and compliance while collaborating with Sales Representatives in strategic accounts. Travel requirements vary by territory.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3 years of experience in water treatment or industrial environment.
• Current and valid Driver's License with no restrictions.
• No immigration sponsorship available for this position.

Responsibilities

• Deliver expert service and support for cooling tower cleaning and water disinfection.
• Provide technical support and escalation of complex challenges as needed.
• Build strong relationships with customers and promote best practices.
• Ensure full compliance with safety policies and procedures.
• Install, calibrate, and maintain chemical feed equipment and process monitoring equipment at customer accounts (Install).
• Execute cooling tower cleaning, treatment, and large-scale water disinfection (Hygiene).
• Operate power tools and assist in service tasks at customer sites.
