Ecolab in Mexico is seeking a customer-oriented professional to provide technical support to current customers, troubleshoot basic service issues, and ensure safety in field operations.

Responsibilities include installation, calibration, and ongoing maintenance, plus helping customers understand products and services. You may assist with customer training and developing knowledge of account needs; prior water treatment experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Qualificações

• Secondary diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years in an industrial/mechanical setting.
• Water treatment experience preferred, OR technical degree with 0–2 years.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical support to current customers.
