We are seeking a Customer Service Project Coordinator to ensure the correct technical execution of projects in the field, coordinating materials, contractors, and installation processes, with a focus on compliance with technical standards, safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Summary of Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate the reception, control, and inventory of materials on site.
• Follow up on the work plan, reporting progress and status of activities.
• Supervise contractors in the field, providing training and reviewing the assembly of components.
• Verify wiring, conduits, and technical conformity of installations.
• Resolve technical issues on-site and follow up on solutions.
• Provide clients with clear and accurate technical information about the project.
• Perform functional tests, system start-ups, and customer training.
• Document project progress and ensure traceability of actions.
• Interpret structural, electrical, and mechanical diagrams during project stages.
• Identify preventive or corrective maintenance needs and collaborate in their execution.

Graduation Requirements

• Technical or university training in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electromechanical, Industrial Maintenance, or related technical careers.
• Desirable: Previous technical field experience and supervision experience.

Additional Qualifications

Experience in dealing with clients and managing contractors will be an asset.
