Formación

• Minimum 5 years of work experience, with at least 3 years as a project manager.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage the local field operations team.
• Ensure optimized operation focusing on Quality, HSE, and performance.
• Deliver operational performance aligned with forecast and planning.
• Provide strategic guidance to field management.
• Build customer relationships and address critical issues.
• Support the Service Director in developing area strategy.
• Develop budgets and programs to increase profitability.
