Job Title: Field Marketer
Location: Johnson Controls, Mexico CDMX
Responsibilities
- Responsible for executing and implementing on-site marketing strategies for the B2B business (direct and indirect), including product promotion, event execution, and development of materials for sales channels for all businesses (events, sales follow-up, etc.).in Mexico
- Collect and analyze data to evaluate the current and future impact of marketing actions in different markets and forecast the impact based on sales related to those actions.
- Provide direct support to lead capture processes (online and offline) integrated with our CRM (Salesforce.com) and content integration & automation systems. Support salespeople and follow up with them.
- Support the implementation and feedback of regional strategies and action plans, ensuring they are adapted for local implementation.
- Support the company's online and offline channels, including 360 customer communications: email marketing social media, and database management.
- Support the effective development of offline and online activities aimed at conveying the value of our products, brands, and services to customers, such as webinars, trade shows, events, conferences, and roadshows.
- Propose improvements to and adaptations of content for different communication channels to generate leads (e.g., brochures, emails, presentations, and videos).
- Ability to research, develop, and assist in sharing success stories achieved by the organization.
- Extract qualitative and quantitative data for subsequent report preparation to improve our processes.
- Responsible for administrative processes related to marketing in the procurement area, such as creating suppliers, purchase orders, and tracking payments.
- Ensure measurement of the impact of activities on revenue conversion for the region (MROI).
Requirements
- A university degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is required.
- The ideal candidate will have four to five years of experience in marketing the B2B or technology industries.
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools
- Proficiency in Salesforce is considered an asset
- Advanced level of English
- Microsoft Office knowledge (Excel, Word, etc)
- Intermediate knowledge of design tools
- Advanced dynamism and creativity skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
