Ventes Recruiting is seeking an on-site Application Engineer in Ciudad Obregon, Sonora. You will act as a technical liaison between customers, sales teams, and internal engineering, translating complex requirements into robust product solutions and delivering hands-on training to ensure successful implementation.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 5–10 years of relevant engineering experience in application engineering, product engineering, or customer-facing technical roles.
• Strong understanding of mechanical systems, materials, and product applications.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary technical interface for customers, supporting product selection and application development.
• Evaluate customer requirements and recommend optimal solutions tailored to performance, cost, and manufacturability.
• Deliver technical training and product education to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Partner closely with sales teams to support business development and customer engagement efforts.
• Collaborate with manufacturing and engineering teams to ensure proposed solutions are feasible, scalable, and aligned with production capabilities.
• Support troubleshooting and problem-solving for critical customer applications.
• Participate in on-site customer visits, trials, and validation activities.
• Provide feedback to engineering and leadership on market needs, product gaps, and innovation opportunities.
• Maintain detailed documentation of customer interactions, requirements, and solutions.
