FBS Service Center - Policy Support Representative - AGS, MX

Essential Job Functions:
- Process a high volume of moderately complex inbound policy administration requests according to established production and quality guidelines.
- Perform work independently using a knowledge management system that provides instructions for processing and responding to requests.
- Recognize process improvement opportunities and suggest ways to increase operational efficiency.
- Handle moderately complex inbound policy requests from internal and external customers via non-phone channels.
- Use documented resources to provide clear written responses, reducing the need for follow-up.
- Work across multiple systems to access information, process transactions, and document customer interactions.
- Report system or process issues to supervisors.
- Identify and suggest process improvements to optimize efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
- Support peers by sharing knowledge and maintaining the knowledge management system.
- Adhere to scheduled work hours and procedures for requesting time off.
Requirements
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: Some experience in insurance or related field preferred.
- Location: Live in Aguascalientes ONLY.
