This role involves leading projects, conducting failure analysis, and working with critical measurement equipment. Formación

  • Degree in Electronic Engineering, Mechatronics, or related.
  • Minimum 85% English for technical reading and communication.
  • Experience with measurement equipment required.

Responsabilidades

  • Lead projects and participate in New Product Introduction (NPI).
  • Perform critical debugging of high-aging units and complex products.
  • Generate Failure Analysis Reports (FAR) and support diagnostic technicians.

Failure Analysis Engineer 1

Education: Electronic Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field.

Language: English (minimum 85%) for reading, understanding technical documentation, and participating in conferences.

Skills and Knowledge: Electronics processes, Radio Frequency, Optical Networks, quality assurance, telecommunications projects, optical fibers, solderability, and proficiency in medium to high-level Excel or Google Sheets. Must have experience with measurement equipment such as Multimeter, Oscilloscope, LCR, Spectrum Analyzer, and fault definition methods.

Additional Qualities: Leader, proactive, able to work under pressure, team-oriented, high analytical capacity, and flexible schedule.

Responsibilities: Lead projects, participate in New Product Introduction (NPI), capacity analysis, supervise technicians, participate in CIT meetings, contribute to improvement projects (Kaizen, Six Sigma), communicate with customers regarding technical issues, perform critical debugging of high-aging units and complex products, generate Failure Analysis Reports (FAR), and support diagnostic technicians.
