Wiwynn Mexico seeks a highly motivated engineering professional to join as an FAE Supervisor in Ciudad Juárez, leveraging a strong background in hardware engineering, failure analysis, and manufacturing processes. The role focuses on supporting PCBA manufacturing, NPI, and technical validations with hands-on leadership in a high-volume environment.

Required are a technical degree and 5+ years in PCBA or related fields, plus advanced English communication.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in PCBA manufacturing.
• Strong background in PCB assembly, testing, and validation processes.
• Ability to read and interpret schematics, PCB layouts, BOMs, and technical documentation.
• Hands-on experience supporting high-volume manufacturing and New Product Introduction (NPI).
• Proficient in the use of electronic test equipment, including multimeters, oscilloscopes, power supplies, logic analyzers, and signal generators.
• Experience with electronic circuit analysis, troubleshooting, and validation.
• Advanced English communication skills (written and spoken).
• Previous experience as a Product Engineer, Failure Analysis Engineer, Design Engineer, Validation Engineer, or a related technical role.
