Job summary

Colgate-Palmolive is seeking a FP&R Leader to drive factory performance and reliability standards across the plant, coordinating cross-functional efforts to reduce downtime and cost. This role emphasizes data-driven improvement, standardized maintenance, and a culture of continuous development.

Based at the San Jose Iturbide site in Guanajuato, Mexico, the position requires stakeholder management, resilience, and the ability to influence without direct reporting lines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Mechatronics Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in manufacturing, CI, or productivity roles.
• Strong proficiency in SAP, data analytics tools (Domo), and SPC.
• Innovation mindset with AI tools for process optimization.
• Intermediate-Advanced English required for reporting and alignment.

Responsibilities

• Define, establish, and coordinate FP&R implementation master plan across plant levels.
• Lead optimization projects to reduce unplanned downtime, improve line speed, and implement 5S/Visual Workplace.
• Analyze operational losses and optimise maintenance plans; foster Autonomous Maintenance.
• Coordinate and deliver FP&R training to build capabilities and standardized execution.
• Monitor internal/external audits, track KPIs, and drive systemic problem solving.
• Support safety guidelines and embed safety behaviours into daily productivity.
