Danfoss Climate Solutions Segment in Apodaca, Mexico, seeks a Factory Controller to lead financial planning, forecasting, budgeting and month-end analysis for manufacturing operations. You will translate financial and operational data into actionable insights to improve profitability and cash flow.

You will partner with factory leadership and cross-functional teams across production, supply chain and procurement, strengthen forecasting and reporting, and drive continuous improvement through

• Experience in financial controlling and cost accounting within manufacturing.
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights and recommendations.
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with SAP, BW, Hyperion or Power BI.

Responsabilidades

• Lead factory financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and month-end analysis.
• Partner with factory leadership to identify performance gaps and actions.
• Analyze cost drivers to increase transparency and productivity.
• Collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, Procurement and Finance to improve profitability and cash flow.
• Enhance reporting, forecasting, and controlling processes for data quality and consistency.
