The Coca-Cola Company is seeking an Administration & Services Manager to lead strategy, governance, and execution of workplace and facility services across CPS locations. You will oversee security, facilities management, cafeteria operations, sustainability, and contractor governance to ensure safe, compliant, and cost-efficient operations.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Admin, Industrial Eng, Facilities Mgmt, Supply Chain, Finance or related.
• Minimum five years in facilities management or admin services within industrial/manufacturing settings.
• Experience managing outsourced providers, supplier relationships, contracts, and governance.
• Strong financial acumen with budgeting, procurement, cost optimization, and supplier performance.
• Knowledge of GMP, food safety, health and safety, environmental compliance, risk mgmt.
• Cross-functional leadership experience with process improvement and employee experience focus.
• Proficiency in SAP ERP PM/MM and Microsoft Office; fluent in Spanish and English.
• Advanced degree or certifications in facilities, project management, or lean/continuous improvement advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Lead strategy, governance, and execution of workplace and facility services across CPS locations.
• Develop sourcing strategies, lead bidding, negotiate service agreements, manage outsourced providers.
• Monitor supplier performance via KPIs and SLAs; drive corrective actions and cost efficiency.
• Oversee office administration, meeting rooms, parking, utilities, and site operations.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, food safety, OH&S, environmental rules, and internal controls.
• Manage operating budgets, procurement governance, and cost-saving opportunities.
• Liaise with government authorities, regulators, and external stakeholders for compliance.
• Drive sustainability, energy efficiency, preventive maintenance, and cross-functional improvements.
