Formación

Descripción del empleo

Supervise and coordinate the day-to-day operations of a facility. The facilities supervisor will be responsible for ensuring that maintenance or repair operations are efficiently maintained, in addition to ensuring that the facilities are clean, safe, and well maintained. Responsible for coordinating activities with vendors and subcontractors. Work with other departments in the company, as well as in new projects and transfers.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise, lead, train, and develop team members under supervision.
• Plan and execute preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Build and plan preventive maintenance schedules, including quotes and detailed information.
• Build and execute budgets according to the plan.
• Manage internal and external audits.
• Ensure legal compliance.
• Keep records of all assets and their maintenance.
• Coordinate frequent inspections to identify minor repairs to prevent major problems.
• Work with external suppliers for specialized maintenance.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrician, Mechanic, or similar field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance of building facilities.
• Experience in air conditioning installations, air compressors, and firefighting installations.
• Proficiency in English (80%).
• Experience in project management, re-layout of facilities, transfers, and installations of equipment.
