Jabil is seeking an Equipment and Process Support Technician for our Monterrey facility. This role maintains and repairs manufacturing equipment, performs preventive maintenance, and supports production lines.

You will train machine support staff, address recurring issues, and contribute to NPI activities to improve yield and efficiency. The ideal candidate will be able to read and interpret instructions, use Windows-based systems, and apply problem-solving to standard manufacturing challenges,

Formación

• Ability to present information clearly to groups of managers and clients.
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, draw conclusions.
• Proficient PC skills with Windows; familiarity with Jabil software packages.
• Ability to write simple correspondence; read and understand visual aids.
• Ability to follow simple one- or two-step instructions in standardized situations.

Responsabilidades

• Provides preventive maintenance and keeps maintenance records.
• Sets work priorities based on production schedules and interfaces with supervisors.
• Acts as first escalation point for issues; frontline contact between Machine Support and Manufacturing.
• Trains machine support technicians.
• Addresses recurring equipment problems and designs long-term solutions.
• Supports New Product Introduction (NPI) and prototype runs.
• Provides line support and improves line metrics, yield, and efficiency.
• Ensures 100% on-time completion of PM tasks and safe practices.
