Una empresa tecnológica en Aguascalientes busca un Facility Manager para planificar y coordinar la gestión de instalaciones. Los candidatos deben tener un título en ingeniería y experiencia en mantenimiento preventivo y administración de proyectos. Esta posición ofrece la oportunidad de contribuir a la mejora continua y la planificación estratégica en un entorno dinámico.

Formación

• Experiencia en infraestructura (generación de vapor, sistemas de refrigeración, aire comprimido).
• Experiencia con requisitos legales y auditorías de instalaciones bajo normas NOM001 y 14001.
• Capacidad para gestionar indicadores usando plataformas digitales.

Responsabilidades

• Gestionar y coordinar todas las actividades de gestión de instalaciones para la planta.
• Traducir la estrategia de gestión de instalaciones en planes de acción.
• Contribuir a la planificación estratégica y operativa de la unidad.

The mission of the position is to plan, coordinate and control all facility management activities in order to meet budget and facility management targets (e.g. utilities and media availability, facility costs, etc.). Furthermore, the Facility Manager initiates and implements action plans for continuous improvement of all facility management relevant processes.

• Manage and coordinate all facility management activities for the plant
• Translate plant facility management strategy into action plans and ensure implementation
• Contribute to strategic and operative planning of the plant/operations unit (e.g. with respect to investments, capacity and headcount planning)
• Ensure the achievement of facility management targets according to internal and external customer expectations
• Initiate and implement continuous improvement activities by applying CBS methods and training measures
• initiate and control investments for facility equipment (e.g. energy supply, steam generation, emission treatment, etc.)
• Interface to segment, BU or division functions in order to gather local facility management requirements and demands and other feedback
• Participate in and/or steer global or local facility management related and cross-functional projects
• Conduct employee dialogues, personnel development and coaching

Requisitos

• Bachelor's degreepreferably in mechanical or electrical engineering, energy supply or related technical discipline.
• Advanced English
• Experience in infrastructure (steam generation, cooling systems, compressed air, electrical substations). You don't need to be an expert in all of them, but you do need experience.
• Administration and planning of utility projects, budgets, etc.
• Management of preventive maintenance for buildings and infrastructure.
• Experience in managing indicators using a BMS (Building Management System) or a digital platform.
• Experience with legal requirements and audits of facilities under NOM001 and 14001 standards.
