The job responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Ensure compliance with Quality basic principles.
Promote and actively support Bosch Production System, involvement in System CIP Projects, Policy Deployment, and Team Work.
Follow up on labor discipline if applicable.
Know and apply EHS (Environmental Health and Safety) Policies, including:
Participate in trainings and tests related to job risks, including ISO14001, OHSAS 18001, safety basics, and emergency response.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electromechanical, Mechanical, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or comparable.
Facilities management experience with electrical systems, HVAC equipment, and fire protection equipment is desirable.
Knowledge of environmental safety codes, proactive attitude, team player, good communication skills in Spanish and English.
The position involves responsibility for temperature & humidity control in a regulated environment, requiring problem-solving skills, preventive and corrective HVAC knowledge, urgency, and ability to work under pressure. Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD is required.
