Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Engineering or related field is required.
• Minimum 5 years of building envelope experience with a variety of systems and materials.
• Licensure in Architecture or Engineering is preferred.
• Experience leading façade design and engineering projects and conducting envelope inspections.

Responsibilities

• Lead façade design and consultancy projects from planning through construction.
• Coordinate with architects, owners, contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders.
• Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, deliverables, and milestones.
• Mentor and develop junior staff through technical guidance and project support.
• Provide technical recommendations and ensure code compliance.
