• Exceptional project management, organizational, and leadership skills.
• A portfolio showcasing luxury development projects is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate prime locations and investment opportunities for luxury real estate development projects.
• Collaborate with architects, designers, and construction teams to conceptualize and execute high-end properties.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively from conception to completion.
• Ensure all projects adhere to the highest standards of luxury design, quality, and sustainability.
• Develop and maintain relationships with investors, stakeholders, and high-net-worth clients.
