Job summary

Rosewood Mandarina seeks a Programming Manager to design, plan, and promote an engaging portfolio of onsite events and experiences, driving revenue and building community on the property. You will own the annual programming calendar and guest-facing collateral, collaborating with the Managing Director and the Director of Sales & Marketing.

You will liaison with the Regional Digital Marketing Hub for digital marketing activities, ensure campaigns are executed on-brand, and oversee on-property

Qualifications

• Experience in designing, planning, and promoting complex programming and events.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, timelines, and multiple stakeholders.
• Strong vendor management and relationship-building skills.
• Knowledge of luxury hospitality marketing platforms and channels.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Graphic design familiarity and content creation capabilities.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and coordinate with sales and marketing.
• Bilingual English and Spanish is essential for guest and partner engagement.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and planning abilities.

Responsibilities

• Design, plan, promote, and generate enthusiasm for onsite events and activations.
• Collaborate with local organizations, retailers, artists, and groups reflecting the resort’s sense of place.
• Develop all guest-facing collateral related to onsite programming and seasonal ops.
• Lead onsite marketing and inter-departmental programming meetings.
• Manage internal design agency and in-house templates.
• Coordinate with Sales to tailor offerings for groups and leisure clients.
• Support marketing planning and onsite promotional execution.
