Position Responsibilities

• Rotate and train across all aspects of Uline's warehouse/distribution processes on all shifts (UPS, Freight, Returns, Receiving, Restock, Transfers).
• Cross-train in all warehouse Team Lead functions on both shifts.
• Provide daily hands-on support for the warehouse department.
• Drive compliance with safety, quality, and productivity goals aligning with warehouse leadership objectives.
• Recommend and assist in implementing process improvements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• At least 3 years of warehouse experience, including supervisory roles in high-volume, fast-paced distribution operations preferred.
• Forklift certification and reach truck driving experience preferred.
• Ability to multi-task and be detail-oriented.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office preferred.
