Experience Cloud Advanced Application Engineer «Semi-Senior»

Experience Required in:

Primary Skill: Salesforce Experience Cloud (Expert)

Responsibilities:

• Work with the Application lead and the offshore team in India to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the secondary point of contact.
• Be an SME, collaborate, and manage the team to perform effectively.
• Make team decisions and engage with multiple teams to contribute to key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Required Skills:

• Expert proficiency in Salesforce Experience Cloud is required.
• Advanced proficiency in Salesforce Service Cloud is recommended.
• Configuration & Release Management at an Expert level.
• Solution Architecture at an Advanced level.
• Design & Build Enablement at an Advanced level.
• UI/UX Design at an Advanced level.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Lead the team in implementing innovative solutions using Salesforce Experience Cloud.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance user experience in Salesforce Service Cloud.
• Provide guidance on solution architecture best practices for optimal performance.
• Drive continuous improvement in design and build processes for maximum efficiency.
