TransUnion in Mexico City is seeking a Driver, Admin Support to provide safe, reliable transportation for employees, executives, visitors, and company materials. You will help ensure timely arrivals, maintain vehicles, and uphold safety and confidentiality.

This on-site, essential role requires routing, document delivery, airport pickups as needed, and strict adherence to company policies and traffic laws. You will work closely with office teams to support business operations and events.

Formación

• Safely transport employees, executives, visitors, and company materials to designated locations.
• Plan routes and schedules to ensure timely arrivals while considering traffic and road conditions.
• Maintain vehicles in clean, safe, and operational condition.
• Conduct routine inspections and report any maintenance or repair needs.
• Coordinate vehicle servicing, registrations, insurance, and required documentation.
• Keep accurate records of mileage, fuel consumption, tolls, and vehicle expenses.
• Assist with airport pickups, business meetings, and special events as required.
• Support the delivery and collection of documents, equipment, or other company items.
• Adhere to all local traffic laws, company policies, and safety requirements.
• Maintain confidentiality regarding company information and executive travel activities.
