Formación

Role Summary

The Executive Assistant at GC Realty & Development plays a critical role in supporting our CEO and leadership team by managing administrative tasks, overseeing data-driven reporting, and optimizing operational efficiency. You must be proactive, highly organized, and able to work independently while maintaining seamless communication with leadership. What You'll Do

  • Manage Executive Schedules: Coordinate an Executive calendar, prioritize tasks, and optimize scheduling efficiency.

  • Streamline Communication: Act as the primary point of contact between the Executive and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring clear and timely communication.

  • Administrative Support: Handle email correspondence, prioritize messages, and draft reports, presentations, and executive summaries.

  • Data Analysis & Reporting:

    • Maintain and analyze spreadsheets to track company performance.

    • Extract actionable insights from Google Sheets, Excel, and other reporting tools.

  • Project & Task Management:

    • Track multiple assignments, follow up on delegated tasks, and ensure deadlines are met.

    • Use project management tools to keep teams aligned on priorities.

  • Event & Travel Coordination: Organize travel itineraries, accommodations, and company events as needed.

  • Confidentiality & Professionalism: Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain the highest standards of integrity.


What You Bring

  • 3+ years of experience in an administrative or executive support role (supporting C-level executives preferred).
  • Strong data skills - proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets is a must.
  • Tech-savvy mindset - ability to quickly learn and implement new tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities - proactive in identifying solutions and making processes more efficient.
  • Exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal) with near-native English proficiency.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Reliable work-from-home setup with a quiet and distraction-free environment.
