Key responsibilities
  • Execute localized marketing initiatives — including in-person meetups and brand activations — mainly in Mexico City and Guadalajara, potentially across Colombia and Peru (occasional travel required).
  • Research and book venues (cafés, coworking spaces, etc.) for small to mid-size external events.
  • Coordinate logistics and vendors (catering, audiovisuals, branded materials) to ensure smooth execution.
  • Represent the company at events by delivering opening remarks and engaging with attendees.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to localize content and messaging, ensuring relevance for each market.
  • Gather and share local insights to support decision-making and strengthen talent engagement.
  • Generate social media content by capturing office life and community engagement, showcasing our culture and strengthening local brand presence.
  • Support awareness and brand visibility efforts in local markets through external marketing activities.
  • Help build relationships with developers and tech stakeholders in the tech ecosystem.
  • Promote events through local tech networks (Slack, Discord, Telegram, etc.) and monitor engagement.
  • Collect post-event feedback and help identify areas for improvement.
  • Maintain and update the community and interest group database to optimize outreach.
Main skills and qualifications
  • Based in Colombia or Brazil.
  • No prior experience in recruiting is required — we’ll guide you through a full onboarding process!
  • Strong interest in learning about IT roles and the recruitment process.
  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude.
  • Eagerness to grow and build a career in Talent Acquisition.
  • Comfortable working full-time in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
  • Advanced English level (written and spoken).
