They are seeking a driven Event Producer to create and deliver high-impact programs for senior-level leaders across industries. This role blends research, content creation, and relationship building to produce events that highlight top trends, bring in thought leaders, and deliver real value to attendees. What You'll Do

• Conduct market research and trend analysis across multiple industries and functional areas.
• Research, write, and edit content to shape event agendas and supporting materials.
• Recruit and collaborate with high-level speakers to ensure compelling, relevant discussions.
• Produce events that unite executives from leading organizations to exchange insights and strategies.
• Create and manage advisory boards for each sector to capture top-level insights and guidance.
• Partner with internal teams to ensure flawless execution and delivery of events.
• Utilize Salesforce, WordPress, and CRM systems to manage operations and track engagement.

What You Need

• Experience in event production, program management, or content development.
• Strong research, writing, and editing skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities with senior leaders.
• Familiarity with CRM tools, Salesforce, and WordPress is a plus.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• A proactive, strategic thinker with an eye for detail and creativity.

Salary & Perks

• Competitive Salary
• This is a full-time, long-term position.
• The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with TLNT.
• Work from home.
• Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (+/- 1 hour accepted) - EST.
