Job Description:

1. Responsible for pre-sales and after-sales technical support, including support during sales development, project delivery, commissioning, and post-delivery support.
2. Resolve technical issues promptly, including feedback tracking, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
3. Gather customer requirements and communicate effectively with the R&D department.
4. Analyze customer feedback to identify trends and areas for product improvement.
5. Collaborate with R&D for product enhancements and upgrades.
6. Create and deliver technical documentation and training materials.
7. Compile repair case studies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in relevant fields such as electrical power, communication, electronics, measurement and control, automotive service engineering, or related majors.
• At least 1 year of relevant work experience; experience in charging piles or new energy industry preferred.
• Strong work methodology, execution, pressure resistance, teamwork, learning ability, and responsibility.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; Mandarin is a plus.
