Position Summary

We are seeking a Junior Structural Designer to join our dynamic team. As a Structural Designer at SSOE, you will collaborate with fellow designers, engineering teams, and project managers to develop innovative solutions for complex designs, incorporating the latest methodologies while ensuring adherence to specifications and timely project completion.

Responsibilities

• Analyze sketches, notes, and input materials to determine the best approach for preparing drawings.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and stakeholders to integrate structural components efficiently into overall facility design.
• Design and model using AutoCAD and Revit for 2D and 3D modeling to create accurate structural drawings for industrial and high-tech manufacturing facilities.
• Perform analysis and calculations to ensure structural integrity and safety, considering various load conditions under supervision.
• Create comprehensive construction packages, including specifications and technical documentation.
• Coordinate with other disciplines such as mechanical, electrical, and architectural teams to solve design challenges and support during construction.
• Select appropriate client details and installation standards for inclusion in the design packages.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• 1-2 years of practical experience in related roles.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and structural engineering software.
• Knowledge of Revit is desirable.
• Experience with industrial projects or semiconductor industry is a plus.
• Graduates from 2023 to 2025 are eligible (Junior position).
• Advanced English skills.
