Placements24 is seeking an experienced Especialista en Diseño Curricular a Distancia to create engaging online courses for a global audience. This fully remote role welcomes applicants from Monterrey or international locations who can collaborate with a distributed team.

The candidate will lead instructional design efforts, align curricula with pedagogical principles, and mentor instructors while ensuring projects meet high-quality standards and accreditation requirements.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in Instructional Design, Education, Curriculum Development or related field.
• Minimum 5 years designing and developing online courses, preferably for higher education or professional development.
• Experience with adult learning theories and instructional design models (ADDIE, SAM).
• Proficient with LMS platforms (Moodle, Canvas, Blackboard).
• Experienced with e-learning authoring tools (Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate).
• Strong multimedia development and online learning design skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in Spanish.
• Ability to work independently and remotely with collaborators.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Master's degree or higher in Instructional Design, Education, Curriculum Development, or a related field.

• Proven expertise in adult learning theories and instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM).
• Proficiency with learning management systems (LMS) such as Moodle, Canvas, or Blackboard.
• Experience with e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate).
• Strong understanding of multimedia development principles for online learning.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in project management for curriculum development projects is a plus.
