Overview

Estimating Supervisor at Honeywell, responsible for overseeing the estimation process and bid management, ensuring the accuracy and competitiveness of project bids. Leads a team of estimators, collaborating with stakeholders to develop detailed project quotations. Mentors and develops the team to ensure high-quality work that aligns with Honeywell's standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of estimators, providing guidance and support throughout proposals preparation
• Bid management and review process, including presenting cost estimates to senior management
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance team performance and service delivery
• Oversee the development of accurate and competitive cost calculations for projects
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and ensure alignment with customer expectations
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards

Qualifications

YOU MUST HAVE:

• Experience in managing teams or leadership role in any of proposal design, estimating, technical design, technical support, engineering or commissioning, project implementation
• Knowledge of buildings or industrial systems, electrical or mechanical installations
• Ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve high performance
• Experience with management processes and performance metrics
• Fluent in English
