A real estate agency is seeking an Administrative Support professional to assist estate agents in listing and selling properties. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and organizational skills, ensuring efficient documentation and client interactions. This full-time position requires prior administrative experience, with responsibilities including client communication and data management.
Reporting to the Administration Manager, your primary purpose will be to provide administrative support, leveraging your strong communication and organisational skills. Your premium experience in administration will ensure efficient handling of documentation and client interactions.
Working as part of a team to support our estate agents in their role of listing and selling houses
Carry out due diligence and compliance with respect to all relevant laws and company standards
Issue Memorandums of Sale in a timely and professional manner ensuring all procedures have been followed
Communicating directly with clients and estate agents within the chain
Compiling and checking statistics and figures on a weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual basis
Maintaining our database of properties and clients
To ensure our standard service levels are consistently achieved
Full Time Monday to Friday 9am - 5.30pm (37.5 hours pw)
Previous estate agency experience is desirable.
Excellent organisational skills for managing multiple tasks and priorities
Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
