Job summary

Vishay Intertechnology, Inc. seeks a manufacturing professional to ensure production plans align with line outputs and overall efficiency, while following internal work instructions, safety rules and applicable regulations (EHS).

The role involves planning or contributing to the unit's budget, allocating resources and maintaining manufacturing costs as planned, supervising front-end processes, preparing wafers, components or semi-products, and continuously monitoring product quality.

Responsibilities

• Preparation of wafers, components or semi-products and monitors related hand-stock.
• Processing components or semi-products/products according to specifications and quality standards.
• Performing basic machine-related setup and/or CNC / SPS-programming, if required.
• Cooperating with maintenance technicians and/or external service providers in repair issues.
• A job at this level… Applies specifically work-related skills to execute few and focused procedures assigned.
• Operates with one type or small range of similar machines, which may include simple parametrization according to work orders given.
• Starts, monitors and checks the processes assigned, in production, assembly or logistics.
• Continuously checks quality of products produced.
