Vishay Intertechnology, Inc. in Ciudad Juárez is seeking a manufacturing operator to ensure compliance with production plans and efficient line outputs. You will adhere to internal work instructions and EHS regulations while contributing to the unit's budget and resource allocation.

You will prepare wafers and semi-products, monitor hand-stock, and process components to specifications. The role includes basic machine setup or CNC/SPS programming if required, plus collaboration with maintenance

Responsabilidades

• Ensuring compliance with production plans and line outputs and maintaining overall production efficiency.
• Adhering to internal work instructions, safety rules and applicable regulations (e.g., EHS).
• Preparing wafers, components or semi-products and monitoring related hand-stock.
• Processing components or semi-products/products according to specifications and quality standards.
• Performing basic machine-related setup and/or CNC/SPS programming, if required.
• Cooperating with maintenance technicians and external service providers in repair issues.
• Executing tasks as ordered, reporting any failure or dysfunctionality to the supervisor, and obeying EHS regulations.

Ensuring compliance with production plans and production line outputs and keeping production assigned overall efficient. Adhering or ensuring adherence to relevant internal work instructions, safety rules and applicable regulations (e.g., EHS). Planning or contributing to unit's budget, allocating resources and keeping manufacturing cost as planned.

Executing, supervising or managing manufacturing front-end processes a assigned, according to specified procedures, e.g.:

• Preparation of wafers, components or semi-products and monitors related hand-stock.
• Processing components or semi-products/products according to specifications and quality standards.
• Performing basic machine-related setup and/or CNC / SPS-programming, if required.

Cooperating with maintenance technicians and/or external service providers in repair issues. A job at this level... Executes task(s), as ordered or explained. Reports any failure or dysfunctionality to responsible employees or supervisor. Obeys all work rules and EHS regulations as valid for the work task(s) assigned.
