A leading aerospace firm in Mexicali is seeking a professional to develop and manage a balanced production program based on demand and capacity. The role requires interaction with customers, daily monitoring of processes, and making necessary adjustments. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree and 3-4 years of relevant experience in production control, along with advanced English skills.

Formación

• 3-4 years of experience in production control.
• Experience in MRP environment knowledge.
• Knowledge of demand balance and MIN MAX systems.

Position Purpose:

Develops a balanced production program based on demand, capacity, hours and resources availability. Monitors daily results of processes and makes the necessary adjustments to meet customer's requirements.

Essential Functions:

1. Answers and follows customer requirements .
2. Updates databases and communicates effectively with internal and external customers .
3. Is capable of handling more than two customers at a time .
4. Upgrades the production program and makes necessary adjustments when contingencies arise.
5. Perform other duties as assigned.

Bachelor's Degree.

3-4 years of experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.

1. CAS, Windows Office (Excel Macros and Visual Basic is a plus).
2. Experience in production control.
3. MRP environment knowledge.
4. Demand balance and MIN MAX systems experience.
5. Proven communication, teamwork and negotiation skills.
6. Analytical and proactive capacity.
7. Ability to work under pressure.
8. Advanced English level.
