Overview of Role
The HR Jr. Operations will support day-to-day HR operations, focusing on employee records, recruitment support, and compliance tasks. This entry-level position offers valuable exposure to HR practices and opportunities for professional growth.
Primary Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and documentation.
- Provide support with employee inquiries, ensuring proper follow-up or referral to the right HR team members.
- Assist in coordinating employee events and engagement activities.
- Contribute to recognition programs (e.g., attendance initiatives).
- Support HR compliance efforts and adherence to labor regulations.
Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of HR experience (internships included).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Basic understanding of labor laws and HR practices.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
