Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and drive actionable insights.
• Excellent understanding of inventory management principles, demand forecasting, and supply chain optimization techniques.
• Demonstrated experience in developing and enforcing SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and improve existing warehouse processes for bulk materials handling, focusing on efficiency and cost reduction.
• Oversee the implementation and optimization of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to ensure accurate inventory tracking and control.
• Develop and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) for receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping bulk goods.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to warehouse operations, such as throughput, inventory accuracy, and on-time shipments.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies related to bulk storage, handling, and transportation.
• Collaborate with internal teams (operations, procurement, sales) and external partners (transportation providers, suppliers) to ensure smooth supply chain flow.
• Conduct virtual site audits and performance reviews of warehouse facilities.
