Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in e-commerce operations and logistics.
• Proven understanding of online sales channels and fulfillment processes.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Order Management Systems (OMS).
• Familiarity with shipping carriers and their services relevant to e-commerce.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, balancing remote and on-site responsibilities.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized.
• Proficiency in Spanish; English language skills are a plus.

Responsabilités

• Oversee the day-to-day logistics operations supporting the e-commerce platform.
• Manage online inventory levels across various channels, ensuring accuracy and preventing stockouts.
• Coordinate with third-party logistics providers (3PLs) and internal teams for order fulfillment and shipping.
• Optimize shipping strategies to reduce costs and improve delivery times for online orders.
• Monitor and analyze key e-commerce logistics metrics, such as order accuracy, on-time delivery, and shipping costs.
• Implement improvements to the order fulfillment process to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Manage returns processing and reverse logistics for e-commerce orders.
• Stay updated on e-commerce trends and best practices in logistics and fulfillment.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align logistics capabilities with promotional activities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to e-commerce order processing and fulfillment.
