A leading global technology and engineering company is seeking a Logistics Service Provider Specialist in Guadalajara. The ideal candidate will be the main point of contact for logistics service providers, monitor performance, and escalate issues as needed. Overview

Logistics Service Provider Specialist = Main point of contact for all LSPs (Logistics Service Providers) for Bosch. Monitors & maintains records regarding LSP performance & contractual service expectations between Bosch and LSPs. Escalates issues and supports improvement efforts to maintain high performance standards for LSPs.

Qualifications

• Customer service: Proficient. He possesses a lot of experience in applying his knowledge. He is able to apply his skills in new and changing contexts
• Time Management/Task Prioritization Skills: Proficient. He possesses a lot of experience in applying his knowledge. He is able to apply his skills in new and changing contexts
• English Required: C2. Can understand with ease virtually everything heard or read. Can summarize information from different spoken and written sources, reconstructing arguments and accounts in a coherent presentation. Can express themselves spontaneously, very fluently and precisely, differentiating finer shades of meaning even in the most complex situations
