Job summary

Gulfstream Aerospace Mexicali is seeking a ME3 Materials Specialist to manage raw materials, components and production orders to meet the master production schedule. You will supervise planning activities and ensure timely inputs from the business units.

This position is based in Mexicali, Mexico, and offers full-time employment with Gulfstream. The candidate should demonstrate proficiency in coordinating with multiple plants, analyzing materials data, and generating reports to support

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 2 years of experience in materials planning or related field.
• Strong knowledge of MRP, inventory control and supply chain processes.
• Advanced English level and ability to work with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Plan and supervise materials, components and production orders.
• Adjust planning requisitions for components and production orders.
• Follow up on PO deliveries, negotiate/expedite delivery times.
• Transfer materials between plants.
• Analyze and control materials by inventory classification.
• Prepare and analyze reports, databases and graphics.
• Process engineering changes and inventory adjustments.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

• Make adjustments inplanning requisition of the components and production orders .
• Follow up on deliveries of purchase orders,negotiating and or expediting delivery times and conditions .
• Make transfers of materials, components fromplants .
• Analyze and control the materials according to their inventory classification .
• Prepare andanalyze reports, databases and graphics related to their responsibilities .
• Processing engineering changes,obsolete or restricted material and adjustments to inventory levels.

Perform other duties as assigned.
