Gulfstream Aerospace en Mexicali busca un Especialista de Materiales ME2 para asegurar el flujo de materiales indirectos y coordinar recibos y facturas. Se requiere experiencia en SAP y capacidad de trabajar con equipos multidisciplinarios en planta.

Se valora Licenciatura y 1 año de experiencia, además de nivel avanzado de inglés. Se ofrece puesto a tiempo completo en instalaciones de Gulfstream y oportunidades de desarrollo en cadena de suministro.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree requerido.
• 1 año de experiencia mínimo.
• Conocimiento de SAP y flujo de materiales.

Responsibilities

• Planificación y supervisión de materiales y órdenes de producción.
• Ajustar requisiciones de componentes y órdenes de producción.
• Seguimiento de entregas de órdenes de compra y expedición.
• Transferir materiales entre plantas.
• Analizar y controlar inventarios.
• Preparar informes y gráficos relacionados.
• Procesar cambios de ingeniería y ajustes de inventario.
• Realizar otras funciones asignadas.

• Responsable de asegurar el flujo y buen recibo de los materiales indirectos
• Manejo de sistema SAP
• Responsable de la captura de facturas diariamente

Determine the current and future needs of raw materials and components required. to meet the master production schedule.Provide timely inputs required. by the business units.

Principle Duties and Responsibilities:

Essential Functions

• Planning and supervision requirements of materials, components and or production orders .
• Make adjustments inplanning requisition of the components and production orders .
• Follow up on deliveries of purchase orders,negotiating and or expediting delivery times and conditions .
• Make transfers of materials, components fromplants .
• Analyze and control the materials according to their inventory classification .
• Prepare andanalyze reports, databases and graphics related to their responsibilities .
• Processing engineering changes,obsolete or restricted material and adjustments to inventory levels.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Other Requirements

• Management MRP systems.
• MS Office.
• APICS.
• Management and inventory control.
• Knowledge of the supply chain.
• Advanced English level.
