Una empresa de aviación avanzada en Mexicali busca un Especialista de Materiales IV para supervisar los requerimientos de materiales y optimizar los procesos de producción. Se requiere un título universitario y experiencia mínima de 3 años en el área. Dominio de SAP y inglés avanzado son imprescindibles. Este rol ofrece la oportunidad de trabajar en un ambiente dinámico y contribuir a la excelencia en la fabricación de aeronaves.

Formación

• Al menos 3 años de experiencia en un rol similar.
• Certificación APICS preferida.
• Conocimiento de la cadena de suministro.

Responsabilidades

• Planificación y supervisión de requerimientos de materiales y componentes.
• Ajustes en las requisiciones de planificación.
• Seguimiento de entregas de órdenes de compra.

Education and Experience Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree. At least 3 years of experience to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.

Position Purpose:

Determine current and future needs of raw materials and components required to meet the master production schedule. Provide timely inputs required by the business units.

Job Description:

Principle Duties and Responsibilities:

Essential Functions:

1. Planning and supervision of requirements for materials, components, and production orders.
2. Make adjustments in planning requisitions for components and production orders.
3. Follow up on deliveries of purchase orders, negotiating and expediting delivery times and conditions.
4. Transfer of materials and components between plants.
5. Analyze and control materials according to their inventory classification.
6. Prepare and analyze reports, databases, and graphics related to responsibilities.
7. Process engineering changes, obsolete or restricted materials, and adjustments to inventory levels.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Other Requirements:

• Management of MRP systems.
• MS Office proficiency.
• APICS certification.
• Management and inventory control.
• Knowledge of the supply chain.
• Advanced English level.
