Esta posición implica planificar y supervisar la gestión de materiales y componentes necesarios para asegurar el cumplimiento del cronograma de producción. Se requiere un título universitario y un año de experiencia, así como habilidades en gestión de inventario y sistemas MRP, además de un nivel de inglés avanzado. Formación

• Un año de experiencia suficiente para realizar las funciones esenciales del trabajo.
• Conocimientos de APICS o certificación relevante son deseables.

Responsabilidades

• Planificación y supervisión de requisitos para materiales y órdenes de producción.
• Manejo y ajustes en la planificación de requisiciones de componentes.
• Seguimiento de la entrega de órdenes de compra, negociando tiempos y condiciones.

Education and Experience Requirements: Bachelor's Degree. 1 year of experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.

Position Purpose: Determine the current and future needs of raw materials and components required to meet the master production schedule. Provide timely inputs required by the business units.

Job Description:

Principle Duties and Responsibilities:

Essential Functions:

1. Planning and supervision of requirements for materials, components, and production orders.
2. Make adjustments in planning requisitions of the components and production orders.
3. Follow up on deliveries of purchase orders, negotiating and expediting delivery times and conditions.
4. Make transfers of materials and components between plants.
5. Analyze and control the materials according to their inventory classification.
6. Prepare and analyze reports, databases, and graphics related to responsibilities.
7. Processing engineering changes, obsolete or restricted materials, and adjustments to inventory levels.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Other Requirements:

• Management of MRP systems.
• MS Office proficiency.
• APICS certification or knowledge.
• Management and inventory control skills.
• Knowledge of the supply chain.
• Advanced English level.
