Mubea in Veracruz seeks a Talent Acquisition Specialist to drive full life cycle recruitment for our manufacturing locations. You will collaborate with managers to identify hiring needs, source candidates across channels, and participate in job fairs to build a strong pipeline.

You will also lead onboarding support, and train interviewers in effective screening techniques. You will design location-specific recruitment strategies, ensure regulatory compliance, and maintain timely communications

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 4+ years recruiting in manufacturing/production environments.
• Hands-on experience with multiple selection processes (phone interviews, references).
• Familiarity with HR databases, ATS and CMS systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across all levels.
• Advanced English proficiency.

Introduction: The Talent Acquisition Specialist will collaborate with operational managers on a regular basis to proactively identify and fill open job vacancies. While modeling company core values, the Talent Acquisition Specialist will drive and manage the full life cycle recruiting process. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will attract candidates using various sources, including social media networks and employee referrals. This role is ultimately responsible for attracting the best employees for the company’s growing needs and developing a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.

Activities

• Collaborates with business unit managers on a regular basis to ensure a full understanding of the job requirements/expectations and business needs for each open position and proactively partners with the managers to identify future hiring needs.
• Identifies and sources qualified candidates using various channels, including social media, candidate databases, and employee referrals.
• Supports all aspects of and personally participates in job fairs, campus recruiting and other events to ensure a qualified talent pool.
• Designs and implements an overall recruiting strategy for each location to ensure a qualified diverse workforce.
• Ensures compliance with State, Local and Federal agencies as required.
• Prepares recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board /newspaper/colleges/social sites, etc.
• Provides timely follow-up with managers on the recruitment process of open positions and available talent.
• Conducts interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods
• Supports onboarding strategy/process for each location in coordination with the management/support team members.
• Provides training and development in the areas of interviewing and screening for interviewers. Develops materials as appropriate.

Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• More than 4 years of experience recruiting in a manufacturing/production environment (either as an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter)
• Hands‑on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference check, etc.)
• Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Management Systems (CMS)
• Ability to communicate effectively to all levels of the organization, both written and orally
• Advanced English
• Knowledge of SAP and TRESS System.
