Position Purpose:

Develops a balanced production program based on demand, capacity, hours, and resources availability. Monitors daily results of processes and makes the necessary adjustments to meet customer's requirements.

Job Description:

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

Essential Functions:

1. Answers and follows customer requirements.
2. Updates databases and communicates effectively with internal and external customers.
3. Capable of handling more than two customers at a time.
4. Upgrades the production program and makes necessary adjustments when contingencies arise.
5. Performs other duties as assigned.

Other Requirements:

• CAS, Windows Office (Excel Macros and Visual Basic is a plus).
• Experience in production control.
• Knowledge of MRP environment.
• Demand balance and MIN MAX systems experience.
• Proven communication, teamwork, and negotiation skills.
• Analytical and proactive capacity.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Advanced English level.
