Job Description

Responsible for pre-sales and after-sales technical support, including but not limited to:

• Technical support for customer development of sales opportunities
• Technical support during project delivery and commissioning
• After-sales technical support post-delivery

Key responsibilities include:

• Timely resolution of technical issues raised by customers, including feedback tracking, root cause analysis, and corrective actions
• Gathering customer requirements and effectively communicating them to the R&D department
• Analyzing and synthesizing customer feedback to identify trends and product improvement areas
• Driving product enhancements and collaborating with R&D
• Creating and delivering technical documentation and training materials
• Compiling repair case studies

Requirements

• Bachelor degree or above, with 1+ years of relevant experience in fields such as electric power, communication, electronics, measurement and control technology, automotive service engineering, or automotive engineering
• Experience in charging piles or the new energy industry is preferred
• Strong methodology, execution ability, resilience, teamwork, learning ability, service consciousness, responsibility, meticulousness, and self-motivation
• Fluent in English and Spanish; Mandarin is a plus
