Johnson Controls is seeking a COE Manager to lead ERP system optimization across manufacturing plants. You will guide standard cost reporting, perpetual inventory, and lean manufacturing initiatives, driving cross-functional collaboration and process improvements.

The role requires extensive ERP/MRP experience, leadership skills, and the ability to work across business units to implement best practices and training.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in an appropriate field.
• 8+ years of Management experience.
• 8+ years of Manufacturing experience.
• ERP system implementation active participation.
• Extensive knowledge and experience with MRP and ERP systems.
• Ability to analyze and interpret complex technical procedures and write reports.
• Degree in Business or equivalent field; MBA preferred though not required; APICS Certification preferred though not required.
• In-depth knowledge of computerized integrated information systems (manufacturing, materials management, production planning, procurement, finance and distribution).
• High proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Proactive change agent with leadership skills.
• Solid interpersonal skills and ability to motivate staff across the organization.
• Understanding of manufacturing operations and supporting business processes.
• ERP business systems knowledge and experience as a business analyst; SAP experience.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee ERP system implementation and ensure reporting of standard cost and perpetual inventory.
• Lead COE activities across satellite departments from project start to closure.
• Develop and validate plant layouts, routings, and lean manufacturing implementations.
• Provide best practices, research, support and training in the COE domain.
