Job summary

Levi Strauss & Co. seeks an experienced Manager of ERP Engineering to lead SAP S/4HANA integration efforts and modernize the integration landscape using SAP BTP Integration Suite.

You will drive end-to-end delivery, security, and reliability across PTP, OTC, DTC, and FICO processes. The role requires senior expertise in SAP integration suites, MuleSoft, API Management, and B2B/EDI, with leadership across global teams and offshore partners.

Qualifications

• 10–14+ years of SAP Integration experience including SAP PI/PO and SAP BTP Integration Suite.
• Strong expertise in SAP Integration Suite, MuleSoft, API Management, IBM MFT, IBM MQ, Event Mesh and B2B/EDI integrations.
• Hands-on with REST, SOAP, OData, IDoc, EDI, SFTP, AS2, APIs, mapping, and troubleshooting.
• Proven leadership in integration teams, releases, production support, RCA, and continuous improvement.
• Deep understanding of SAP business processes (FICO, OTC, PTP, sales, billing, master data, finance integrations).
• Experience with cloud/hybrid architectures, API gateways, observability, security, and governance.
• Hands-on with Generative AI, AI Agents, RAG, LLMs, prompting, and enterprise AI integrations.
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and problem solving.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead ERP integration engineering across SAP S/4HANA and connected systems, translating business needs into secure, scalable solutions.
• Own end-to-end integration lifecycle: architecture, specs, standards, deployment, monitoring, incident prevention, RCA, recovery, and continuous improvement.
• Build reusable integration capabilities across APIs, iFlows, events, EDI, IDoc, and hybrid landscapes with strong security and auditability.
• Guide and mentor teams, coordinate onsite/offshore delivery, prioritize releases and production support.
• Advance AI-enabled integration by identifying practical AI opportunities and improving incident response.
• Drive measurable improvements in reliability, delivery quality, and operational visibility for critical data flows.
