Job Description: Implementation Consultant at Sparkrock

We seek an experienced implementation consultant eager to work with a cohesive team focused on shared goals. Your role involves configuring, testing, training, and implementing solutions using our “Factory Methodology,” specializing in areas like absence management, position management, or payroll. Responsibilities

1. Learn the Sparkrock 365 HRP solution.
2. Ensure a smooth transition from existing HRP systems to our SR365 solution.
3. Implement Human Capital Management (HCM) modules for nonprofits, school boards, and government agencies.
4. Act as a trusted advisor to clients.
5. Configure clients’ future environments based on your area of expertise.
6. Collaborate with consultants to clarify requirements, review configurations, and validate deliverables.
7. Handoff knowledge of cloud-based HR & Payroll systems.
8. Support implementation tasks assigned to you.
9. Manage multiple tasks simultaneously, proactively initiating work when needed.
10. Coordinate with product and engineering teams to log defects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS)
• 3+ years of experience as an application or configuration specialist, preferably in HR and/or Payroll.
• Proficiency in writing and executing advanced SQL queries.
• Knowledge of complex HR and payroll concepts.
• Proven ability to interact effectively with senior management.
• Experience completing various SDLC stages during implementations.
• Ability to interpret raw data for configuration decisions.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Track record of managing multiple projects successfully.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Microsoft NAV, BC, or Primo Payroll.
