A leading financial services company seeks an Equity Research Sr. Associate to analyze macroeconomic trends and develop financial models. The successful candidate will engage with institutional clients and support senior analysts in report publication, leveraging strong analytical and relational skills in a diverse and inclusive environment.

Formación

• 4+ years of experience in equity research or investment banking.
• Knowledge of banking accounting and regulatory frameworks.
• CFA and programming skills are preferred.

As an Equity Research Sr. Associate you'll analyze macroeconomic and sector-specific trends, especially databases from regulators in Argentina, Chile, Colombia, Peru, and Mexico.

Job Responsibilities:

• Analyze macroeconomic and sector-specific trends, especially databases from regulators in Argentina, Chile, Colombia, Peru, and Mexico.
• Develop and maintain financial models and industry databases related to Latam ex-Brazil coverage.
• Produce company, sector, and thematic reports and support senior analyst in research publication.
• Deliver stock and sector insights to institutional clients, building strong clients' relationships.
• Collaborate with Sales, Sales Trading, and Trading teams.
• Stay updated on market developments.
• Handle client requests and provide tailored insights.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Engineering, Economics, Actuary or related.
• 4+ years of equity research/investment banking experience.
• Banking accounting and regulatory framework knowledge.
• CFA and programming skills are preferred.
