MSCI is seeking an Instrument Data Management (IDM) Intern to support daily operations, ensuring high-quality data for a diverse set of instrument attributes. You’ll participate in projects across IDM initiatives to enhance core data content and learn through a structured orientation and cross-team collaboration.

You'll develop analytical skills, work with Python and SQL, and engage with a global network of colleagues.

Formación

• Enrolled in an undergraduate qualification in a relevant degree subject, e.g., business, economics, finance (6th semester or above)
• Strong communication and relationship management skills
• Intellectual curiosity and a passion for excellence
• Navigate hurdles with entrepreneurial spirit to develop new business
• High attention to detail and good team player
• Strong analytical, data driven and problem-solving skills, ability to break down complex issues
• Ability to prioritize effectively and work under time constraints
• Python SQL knowledge desired
• AI Knowledge Desire on LLM's like Gemini, Claude, Chat GPT and automation or productivity tools
• Advance English level

Responsabilidades

• The internship begins with an MSCI Orientation introducing you to culture, values, and the business model.
• You will work on a project involving different teams requiring attention to detail and diligence to meet deadlines.
• You will be supported by a network of colleagues through every stage of the program.
• Support daily operation and ensure the highest quality for a diverse data set of instrument-related attributes.
• Contribute to IDM initiatives to rebuild and enhance core data content.
